SFQG Series Automatic Pneumatic Liquid Cream Piston Filling Machine

Feature

● Advanced HMI operation and PLC control are adopted. All data within the working scope of this machine can be set; it supports the fault alarm function.
● It is driven by the air cylinder. Filling volume is set by HMI; it is easy for cleaning.
● All material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, and surface is made of 304 stainless steel, fully up to related food sanitation standard;
● Precision stainless steel piston cylinder processing technology guarantees accurate and consistent filling, and makes seal ring more durable;
● This equipment applies to filling of sauces, liquid creams and liquids with strong liquidity and is widely applied.

● It is used for filling liquids, liquid creams and sauces (including soft particles) (honey, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, pearl milk tea, coconut juice and orange juice) and is widely applied.
